“Where’s my crown” ATC swap
Everyone should wear a crown, from faeries to royalty… lots
of sparkle and glitter to this swap
Feel free to interpret as you like. . Please make sure your
ATCs fit the 2.5" x 3.5" size and are made from firm matt or illustration
board. This is a 3/3 or 6/6 swap and ATCs are due by May 1st. Please include a
self-addressed mailing label and $2.00 for return postage. For international
swappers, just include an extra ATC and I will cover the return postage. I will
mail all returns out in bubble envelopes. Please sign up in the database http://groups.yahoo.com/group/blissfullARTswaps/ and if
you have any questions please email Wendy at bliss.wda@gmail.com
Each piece of art should be protected (ATCs should be sent in ATC sleeves rather than loose).
All swap return postage, is a flat rate of $2 regardless if you are sending in 3/3 or 6/6, unless
otherwise specified by the swap hostess.
Postage must be sent as cash.
Please be kind and make sure you are providing $2 cash for your returns.
All swaps are to be packaged to
be mailed in a bubble envelope that is large enough to allow your art to fit
comfortably. Please protect your art with a cardboard insert or other wrapping
that will secure them during their trip thru the postal service system. ATCs
may be sent in a 9 pocket vinyl page but please keep in mind that not all ATCs
will fit in these pockets for the returns. The swap hostess will do her best to
re-use your envelope for the returns. Tape your package securely, put a return
address on the envelope and please be sure to put enough postage on your
envelope so that it does not arrive 'postage due' to your hostess.
International swappers please
include an extra atc or ephemera instead of postage and be sure to package your
art securely so that it arrives safe and sound.
Following these guidelines will
make your swap hostess's job much easier and will help to ensure that your art
and the art of your fellow swappers arrives in good condition.
Thank you and if you have any
questions or concerns, please ask!

Wendy and Kim - it looks like we're off to a great start with these two swaps! I have already joined both. Thank you for explaining in detail all the rules; we all know them, but it's a nice reminder which will keep our group running smoothly. :)
